AN PROCLAMATION
DECLARING NEUTRALITY BETWEEN THE TENSIONS BETWEEN THE UPDS AND THE MEDIANA ISLANDS.
WE, the members of the First Temporary Junta, who administer Solemania and represent the developing people of these islands,
RECOGNIZING that there is continuing tensions existing between the UPDS and the Mediana Islands.
RECOGNIZING that the members of the UPDS are being oppressed by the people of the Meidana Islands.
SEEING that some members of the UPDS have sought refuge in Solemania, and that their leader has expressed concerns with an invasion of the Federal Republic against UPDS members.
DECLARE that in the case of an invasion by the Mediana Islands or any other governmental entity, a military response will occur to prevent members of the a community from being attacked.
DECLARE, in accordance to Republic Act No. 0001, that we will not be deploying members of our military outside of the Federal Republic.
UPON THE APPROVAL OF ETERNAL DICTATOR ALPHA, HEREBY PROCLAMATION NO. 0001, S. 2024 TO BE VALID.
