AN PROCLAMATION
DECLARING MONDAY, 20 MARCH 2023 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) NATIONAL HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF POLINÉT.
WE, the members of the First Temporary Junta, who administer Solemania and represent the developing people of these islands,
RECOGNIZING that on the 20th day of the 3rd solar month in antiquity, according to the popular Myth of the Salt Farmer, that on this day salt was discovered on the Polin River, by the legendary figure of Polin Ati'iwat.
SEEING that the myth is one of the core pillars of culture in the city of Polinét, where mass gatherings of people parade the streets of the Polin River, reenacting the narrative of the legend.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the citizens of the city of Polinét should be given full opportunity to celebrate the Polin Festival;
UPON THE APPROVAL OF ETERNAL DICTATOR ALPHA, HEREBY DECLARES PROCLAMATION NO. 0002, S. 2023 TO BE VALID.
